Sustainable Development Goals are a set of seventeen interconnected objectives to achieve sustainable future for all. They take holistic and multidimensional approach development alter our planet by addressing humanity's many difficulties. It is an essential component all aspects inclusive long-term growth. Women need have equal rights opportunities live without fear prejudice or violence. Goal five expressly mentions gender equality as one the SDGs. Discriminatory laws must be changed legislation enacted advance proactively goals. Gender-based violence top priority governments across world. India dedicated promoting its residents. The Indian Constitution's Preamble, Fundamental Rights, State Policy Directive Principles express strong commitment equality.
